Come to Miami Seaquarium® to investigate the amazing world we call home. Designed for any home-school-aged student from kindergarten through high school, our Home School Programs features discussions of animals in the ocean, south Florida habitats, endangered species, and more. Your program could also include:

 

  • Labs
  • Animal Interactions
  • Dissections or Crafts Reflective of Course Topic

 

Depending on the grade level, classes are 1-2 hours in length:
K-3rd grade: $12.00 per child ($30 for class and park admission)
Forth-Seventh grade: $17.00 per child ($34 for class and park admission)
8th Grade-High School: $18.00 per child ($35 for class and park admission)

Over Night Programs at the Miami Seaquarium:

Experience Miami Seaquarium® after hours and discover the nighttime behaviors of our animals. Available for both girl and boy scout groups, our Overnight Adventure and Camp-Out Programs lets your troop share an educational and interactive experience under the stars with Scouts from all over South Florida. Stay overnight in a tent pitched next to Biscayne Bay overlooking the Miami skyline. Your child will be proud to earn a badge or try-it that corresponds with one of our themes.

 

The Overnight Adventure includes:

Springtime brings excitement to Miami Seaquarium®. Each day of camp consists of one animal show, two animal interactions, arts and crafts, interactive games and so much more! The spring camp brochure and registration form will be avaliable at the beginning of February.
Spring Camp March 29th -Apirl 2, 2010.  This year's theme is Wild Life Explorers!

Every week includes an opportunity to see a Marine Mammal Show and two daily animal interactions.   Miami Seaquarium’s Winter Camp
“Tropical Wonderland” is a week long program with each day focusing on a specific marine animal that makes South Florida its home. Each day of camp includes one marine mammal show, one to two animal interactions, arts and crafts, interactive games and much more. Campers will receive a Camp T-shirt, a Kodak souvenir photo, daily lunch, snacks and beverages.
