If you are a Homeschool Senior and you are thinking of College entry, you must have an AFFIDAVIT.  All Colleges in Florida will require you to have an Affidavit signed and Notarized along with your Sealed Transcripts.

OUR SERVICES:

We Prepare your Affidavit with all your information.  Affidavit Must be Signed by the person registered to Home Educate the child.

We Notarize your Affidavit with proof of ID.

Then You must Deliver your affidavit to your school district along with your sealed Transcripts.(by mail or by hand).
