In person consultations will have the opportunity to view a sample portfolio, so you can see what you are supposed to have, and how you should keep your records for your Yearly Evaluation.  In case of an Inspection these are the records you will need to provide. If you are having a Phone Session we will Mail you along with your information a Sample Portfolio Kit.
